Diversity at the table

June 20 Sustainable Sonoma Council Meeting

Sustainable Sonoma Council Meeting

The June 20 Sustainable Sonoma Council meeting was a substantial one. Members dug into the issue of balancing their Sustainable Sonoma roles with their main roles, and talked about initial themes emerging from Sustainable Sonoma’s early listening sessions.

Sustainable Enterprise Conference

Sustainable Sonoma staff gave a presentation as members of the opening panel of the Sustainable Enterprise Conference. They also led a "One Planet Cafe" table talk aimed at encouraging attendees — green business entrepreneurs, local government staff and professionals working for more sustainable and resilient communities — to boost their effectiveness by reaching across traditional boundaries.

The following questions were used as prompts for our table conversation. We encourage you to reflect or discuss these questions as well!
