Thank you Patricia Shults
We are honored to have worked with Patricia Shults over the last few years on building the foundation of Sustainable Sonoma. She will be leaving her post as the CEO of the Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce at the end of this month.
Sonoma Valley has benefited from having an economic leader who values the relationship between the economy, environment and equity in our community.
A core value of Sustainable Sonoma is equal representation of these interest groups, who can, together, find solutions to our community's biggest challenges.
As Patricia has said, “Sustainable Sonoma offers an opportunity to convene the community around important issues. Big issues require a collaborative approach. If we are truly going to improve things that are important to a healthy economy – the ability to hire and retain employees, adequate housing, economic diversification – Sustainable Sonoma can serve as a hub for solutions.”
The work in bringing our community together to uncover common ground, establish shared goals and innovate solutions is an exciting and long process. We are grateful for the involvement of great community leaders like Patricia in Sustainable Sonoma's work of bringing our community together to uncover common ground, establish shared goals, and innovate solutions.
