Potential financial partner limited to [a] rental construction/preservation or [b] first-time home buyer loans but requires significant monetary input from partnering municipality to cover administration costs. Does not plan, build or facilitate project development.
Housing Land Trust of the North Bay, Common Space Community Land Trust Actively seeks project opportunities. Owns land and stewards projects long-term. Relies on donated land. Affordable homeownership projects only.
Generation Housing Endorses projects meeting its criteria, generally larger 100% below-market projects. Operates county-wide. Focused on policy advocacy for below-market housing production, not on project creation or seeking development opportunities.
