Determine sponsor entity, like County of Sonoma, City of Sonoma, or local services center (e.g. FISH, La Luz, local church), who will help promote and find space for any in-person training. Similarly, if written or video resources are desired, figure out where those resources will be accessible. (3-5 months before desired implementation)

Create materials, including presentation curriculum and written resources, as desired. (3-5 months before implementation)

Implement plan. This may involve multiple in-person trainings or a webinar or series of webinars. In-person trainings can be tough draws unless there is a specific issue in a particular complex or community that motivates attendees. Webinars may be more cost effective and create a resource that can be used whenever an issue comes up.
