  • Includes surveys, key informant interviews, district-specific focus groups, and a final report with an actionable implementation plan

  • Identifies at least three potential housing parcels in Sonoma Valley

2. “Is a Vineyard Assessment Feasible?” Series & Campaign

3. Vineyard Assessment Outreach Campaign
Political Campaign Estimated cost: $20,000–$50,000

4. Farmworker Housing & Resource Center Planning
Cost could be determined by FHNOA findings

  • Expenses tied to predevelopment, permitting, site control, and early-stage design

  • Funding through Joe Serna grants, CalHome, USDA 514/516, CRA-aligned bank investments, and philanthropy

5. Partner with local CDC to Pursue Joe Serna and other funding to build distributed (non-center) farmworker housing and other resources facilities
Cost varies by scale and number of units

  • An entity like the SVCDC could take on pilot projects for ADUs, tiny homes, or modular housing across sites, securing public and private funding to scale distributed workforce housing.

  • Also, findings from a FHNOA could support and identify other opportunity parcels and funding streams to pursue such as Joe Serna
