To estimate and compare the likelihood, speed, and amount of revenue from the above mechanisms would require a detailed study beyond the scope of this Roadmap. Item 2, the EIFD funded by tax increment financing, already has initial financial projections for a West County EIFD (see item from 2025 Sonoma County Supervisors agenda); methods would likely be similar for a First District EIFD that would serve Sonoma Valley.
