Sustainable Sonoma is a platform for organizations and community stakeholders to come to the table for the benefit of Sonoma Valley. The core partners―Sonoma Ecology Center, Chamber of Commerce, La Luz, Health Action and Sonoma Valley Health Round Table―are working together to build a common agenda, shared measurement systems, mutually reinforcing activities, continuous communication, and backbone support for our partners.
